Building Maintenance

Day-to-day property maintenance works are co-ordinated by fully trained operators at our base in Hull. Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will contact your resident and allocate an operative with the skills required to attend.

Property maintenance of this kind is usually carried out within a schedule of rates or on a time and materials basis all of which is pre-agreed prior to works commencing. We undertake all manner of work, much of it under schedules of dilapidation, fixed price tenders, schedule of works, Environmental Health Officer works, and Disability Facilities Grants (DFG), etc
